Nick:  Deeply appreciate the response and your wisdom.  I have a great deal of respect for you as a colleague and as a friend.  I was thinking of the materiality argument as well as the Advance Agreement.  Hearing it from someone who I truly respect helps solidify were my thoughts are on the issue.  Our ACO is very slow and still hasn’t signed an MOU regarding the fiscal year change that I sent her 8 months ago! Seems they won’t sign anything these days but will keep trying.  Hope you are well and hope to see you soon at an NDIA function. My best, as always, Ron.
