  • Provided cost/schedule surveillance and control of engineering and manufacturing functions in a classified space environment.  C/SCSC, C/SSR, and CPR/NC Earned Value Management reporting on various Government programs, including preparation of CFSRs.  Developed automated Earned Value Management reporting system and received written commendation award from senior mangagement.
  • Participated in M&A teams performing due diligence on Government contractors, including participating in conference calls with bankers and venture capital firms.  Developed methodology for re-forecasting project Estimates-at-Completion to validate targets’ claimed revenue, margins, and profit.

  • For a publicly traded aerospace/defense contractor, provided SME support to external audit, in connection with revenue recognition under SOP 81-1, analysis of reserves associated with DCAA audit findings and other disputes with the Government, and program management issues.  Also provided training to external audit staff in the areas of revenue recognition and testing, EVMS, and applicable CAS and FAR requirements.
